A person who got heart problem, he can’t control himself and laid on the ground, people who were passed by seemed that they didn’t saw that, at last the person died.
Psychologist were confused about this, so they made the same experience to study this problem, at last they got a conclusion: the more responders the less responsibilities each person take.
In China there are very few factories owned by Chinese government, that is because no body actually worked-so many people were in the same office do the same job took the same responsiblilities. Every workers
thought other people would finish it so they didn’t do it, at last the rate of working speed was low so factories were shut down.
What I want to tell every reader is: as less respondors as you can. It will help your groupwork speed high and every person will take response to their job.

Hello, I’m happy you can visit my blog. My favourite subject is Psychology, if you have the same idea with me you can find me by e-mail. In here i will introduce you some easy knowledge about social psychology.

Many years ago a good friend of mine sent me some pages from a psychological book describing “Groupthink”.

“Groupthink” is a phenomenon you can often observe while watching the behaviour of group members in a situation when they need to make a decision (after a long debate) or when they feel “under pressure from outside the group”.

In such situations decisions often are taken unanimously. The explanation and the listing of some criteria to strengthen the cognition of Groupthink in real situations needed some serious study of 10 or so pages.

At the end the author showed the following cartoon, illustrating a “Groupthink” situation. Would you agree that this is an excellent visualisation of “Groupthink”? !

I have heard A story of “Crabs”. An old man who is catching crabs, when he catches the first one, he put the crab into a small package and contiuone catches crabs. after he catches 4-5 crabs, the old man doesn’t close the package, another young man sees that says:” why don’t you close your package? They will come out!” At this time a crab is almost comes out, but other three crabs suddenly grab this crab’s legs. the crab can’t offer so much power so the crab drops. As more and more crabs come in, these crabs become harder and harder to come out. The old man says:” not only crabs but also humanbeing will be like this.”
Selfish, self-love, self-respect and so on these motions are very common to happen on every humanbeing in the world. however, humanbeing always be favourite in talking about the problems on humanbeing. But that is the mission of Psychology.
